WALK-UP SALES ARE ALWAYS WELCOME! (Tickets subject to availability)
ALL RESERVED TICKETS ARE HELD FOR YOU AT THE BOX OFFICE, THE DAY OF THE SHOW. BOX OFFICE OPENS 30 MINUTES BEFORE CURTAIN TIME.

There are no additional fees* when reserving by phone or by check for our regularly scheduled plays.


​​​​​​​TeenTix pass holders are welcome at Sierra Madre Playhouse events! All teens ages 13-19 are welcome to sign up for a FREE TeenTix pass to get tickets for arts events (including ours) throughout LA County and Seattle for just $5! Call the box office beginning the day before or walk-up before the event begins to check for ticket availability!

EXCHANGE INFORMATION
If you need to exchange your tickets for a performance of equal value at least 72 hours in advance of the show, we can do so to the best of our ability. Please call our box office at 626.355.4318.

*CANCELLATION FEE
If you need to cancel your tickets at least 72 hours in advance of the show, we have the option to refund the cost of your tickets. There is a non-refundable per ticket cancellation fee of $2, or, 10% of the face value of the ticket; whichever is greater.
